Do you accept returns and/or offer refunds?

Returns are accepted and refunds are given on all items sold, except customized items.  We do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized items, unless there is a defect in the item.  

How long do I have to return an item or request a refund?

Items must be returned and refunds must be requested within 30 days.  We will pay for shipping if the item was incorrectly sent, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect. If the item is sent back for any other reason, you must pay to have the item shipped back to us.

What information do you need for a return or refund?

We need your name, email address, and order number.  Please also list the reason for the return.
